It's Main Dish Monday!

This week’s Monday night family dinner recipe comes from both Marah and Michelle.  The video below demonstrates three easy salads you can build from some baby spring mix and ingredients most of us keep in stock on any given day.  If you follow the shopping list and recipes, you'll have dinner for half the work-week filled with delicious, healthy salads!  Remember, it is what you make it– enjoy your time around the table with your family!
